Stopped at a tropical smoothie cafe in lake city, Fl the last two evenings and last night I was told that the manager told the staff not to take my money as I was using two dollar bills is this a corporate decision to not accept us currency in the United States or is in one narrow minded individual? I had purchased these bills from my bank 1000 of them and were still sealed in the plastic treasury wrapper. I would think mor business would like this this with the current corona virus outbreak I will never return to this location or probably other locations as well and will also encourage others to stay away also

  3. good evening my name is Maggie I visited your tropical smoothie café yesterday on 1-28-19 around 3:25 on Atlanta hwy in Montgomery al and received the worst customer service ive ever expierence I was not going to leave a comment but the more I thought about the impact it had on my day I cant let this go I really would like to speak with someone asap but in case I don’t hear from you this customer service issue must be addressed with the two ladies that worked that particular shift I wanted to drive across town on my lunch break and grab a smoothie from olive garden but my co worker insist I go down the walkway from my employment and grab one only to save time on my lunch break okay I did just that I walked in the door first not being greeted by neither employer there I was the only customer in the bldg. at the time I walked up to the counter your 2 workers looked me straight in my eyes and didn’t say a word one appear to be fondling with a product and the other im not really sure as to what she was doing but neither stated they would be with me shortly I stood there in disbelief I thought to myself I must really want this smoothie awfully bad to tolerate this service as I continue to convince myself to leave one of the ladies walked up and look at me not asking how could she assist me but expected me to start putting in my order in which I did after greeting her by saying hi I ordered my strawberry banana smoothie it came rather quickly I might add but it was not worth the wait or customer service I received the lady that placed my ordered was not pleasant nor the other lady that made the smoothie neither said thank you I could not believed I had just allowed two very rude people to alter what had started off as a pleasant day I will never visit ur business again and would not suggest anyone eles to as well not saying its not a great place just not for me I guess if all possible please contact me at Maggie

  4. I love treating my 92 year old mother to a cranberry truffle smoothie when she is with me. We always add the spinach and kale energy pack. She loves this stop!

  5. I stopped by today for a Avocalada Smoothie and a Thai Chicken Wrap. Both were great, and served on time with a smile.

    Customer satisfaction is where it’s at. Great job!

  8. The food was great and the smoothies delicious. The folks on night shift were super awesome, very friendly and funny – Colleen is a hoot!! Such a nice change from the robotic young people that usually wait on you at fast food. Will most definitely visit again soon!!

  11. I love my local tropical smoothie cafe in Savage, MN! Never had a bad experience with service and my smoothies are always perfect I did the survey and earned myself a free smoothie!
