Whataburger is currently inviting customers to complete a customer satisfaction survey. An invitation to the survey is currently being printed on select receipts.

This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to Whataburger.

Rewards or "prizes" are often given for completing customer surveys such as this (check your receipt for details). This is what I like to call a "Survey Reward".

"Survey Rewards" are given to you as an incentive to give your valuable feedback as a customer.

If your receipt states that there is a reward (such as a free coupon, or sweepstakes entry) getting your free Survey Reward is simple.

Whataburger is one of my favorite burger joints. I don’t have one nearby, but I stop and eat there whenever I get a chance. IF you’ve recently visited Whataburger, they want your feed back, and they will reward you for it with free discount coupons!

Just visit www.whataburgerexperience.com and enter your 16-digit code from your receipt. Upon completion of the survey you will receive a validation code, jot that code down on your receipt, and take it with you next time you have a meal at Whataburger to get your discount.

    I appreciate the great hospitality I received today. The employees was awesome and very polite. Most of all my order was made correctly and the food was amazing.

    I am a member of the rewards program. This evening I cashed in my reward for a small chocolate shake. I asked for some water as I prefer to have it for my shake. I was told not so politely that I could only have a pointed paper cup. So I inquired how was I to eat and hold the cup? The answer was that we are not permitted to give out cups any longer. I asked how I was to hold the cup? No answer!
    It seems to me that Some jerk would rather lose customers as Whataburger believes everyone is trying to steal their soda! If they believe that then I ask why do I want to be their customer.

    As this seems to be irreversible then I have no choice but to go elsewhere. By the way this was at store 610 and you guys need to check on the cleanliness of this store. Or perhaps the health department will listen!!!

    Went to Whataburger in Floresville, Texas as always bad experience cold buns ice cold cheese not melted and 1/2 cooked bacon. We ate in this time so I was able to get a warm one, so why cant they do it the first time. it seems like we are getting leftovers or something sitting on there counter. Bad service the kids that are hired there don’t care or have any pride or work ethics, also due to management. Make the employee eat a cold burger see how they like it going out to eat is a luxury to some of us. I have complained about this Whataburger before tables were also dirty.

  5. I tried to take your customer experience/satisfaction survey but kept getting kicked back to the beginning. We visit various Whataburger restaurants at least once per week (avg.) I know I’m late sending this in but the most important thing to me is to tell you what a pleasure we had having Host: Lynn at our local restaurant in Jasper, TX, store #638. My main receipt is not legible enough but Lynn also assisted us with a pie for dessert Order #2120 on 10-31-17 @ 12:26 pm. We were pleasantly surprised at Lynn’s courteous attitude and work habits. The store overall seems to have improved, but keep Lynn if she’s still there. She was a Winner!!! I know this was not done within 3 days because receipt was buried in my big purse. All I wanted was to give Lynn her kudos for a job well done!!

  6. I LOVE Whataburger although there’s NOT one where I live…50 miles away. Food is always good, but my last trip was NOT so good. The burgers were sloppily put together and were wrong. I will still eat there though.

  7. I have been trying to take the experience survey but can’t get to where I enter it. It goes straight to saying I haven’t completed it…

I’m a tour bus driver, I took 40 to 50 people to store 959 in Birmingham Al on 3/12/17, 5:50pm and was told they do not give drivers free lunches, I’ve taken people to other stores and have always been compensated. I will not take anyone to that store again, and recommend other drivers do the same,

    I don’t have what-a-burger in the area of the country I’m from but whenever I am on vacation in Panama City, FL I always try to make a stop by the one closest to the place I stay, I went to http://www.whataburgerexperience.com and gave my experience. I have always had good luck with tasty food and good service
