Whataburger was always my favorite place to eat until tonite…I stopped at the Whataburger in Orange , Texas on I-10…ordered my combo and waited…the place wasn’t that busy …I looked at my watch watch when I ordered …I waited 17 minutes when they handed a bag to the guy that ordered after me , he opened it up and picked up the burger and looked at it , he handed it back to them aND told them it wasn’t his…then they looked at me and said , what number are you…I told them 21 and they handed me the bag the guy behind me handed back to them…I told them to throw it away and cook me another one…I watched to make sure they threw it away…this is totally disquesting and the end of my Whataburger !! How can you give someone a burger someone else opened and put there hands on ??? Website will not let me take the survey. …

  2. I agree they really don’t want feed back. Tried to get a meal in Stephneville, Tx. Dirty Store and a 25 minute wait. Will never go there again. Manager really did not care. The flies in the store added nothing to the experience, neither did Edward at the front register bellowing to the kids working there.

      August 1, 2018. 5:15 pm. I made an order at the kingsville Whataburger on 14th street, and they got it wrong! Again! It’s happened several times. Little things like leaving off the bacon when I ORDERED BACON! Putting onions when l asked for no onions.
      It wasn’t busy, so what’s the problem!!!!!
      They’re rushing and not paying attention to what they’re doing. Maybe they have me the wrong bag, but I’m really upset.
      C’mon, Whataburger. Do l have to inspect my order before l walk out with it?!?

  5. My order was wrong again. I ordered a #7 with grilled jalapenos and no jalapenos. My last 3 visits to this whataburger my orders were wrong. This is the first time I have left feedback. The others were breakfast orders so I was hoping that the evening shift would get it right. Guess I just have to check it out before I leave next time. Just don’t like opening my food in public as I always order to go. Or maybe try jack in box or Mickey Ds.

  8. The system that claims to support Whataburger with surveys is inconsistent and is not credibly supporting Whataburger who IS a fair business in our communities .
    It is not fair for employees of Whataburger to be offered benefits that they will never see .
    For a very long time I have been trying to complete these surveys and they always show inconsistency with their credibility.

  11. I have been going to Whataburger for a very long time I stopped going because they would always mess up on my food I finally give it another chance and this time they got my burger right but this time they had a hair in my food I’m over here gagging on a hair

    They ask you to take a survey then it doesn’t allow you enter the code so I’m guessing they really don’t want to hear the feedback from customers. So I will just voice my comments here. We have always loved Whataburger so traveling back from Mississippi we decided to go with what’s always good with the exception of td. We just left the Orange, Texas location on 7241 IH 10. We received all 4 burgers cold the only thing hot were our fries! Very disappointing. At least we know where not to stop next time.

  13. The Whataburger in Tucson on St Mary’s is horrible. The frys are always old the burgers are dry. It takes them forever to get an order out. So done with whataburger and word of mouth is the best advertising.

    Tried to fill out survey. Unable to, says it has too many characters, but it has all exact characters on receipt. 0605-******-***391. Ordered a #1. ML -Whataburger w/large cheese fries, drink to go, drive thru. Got home with a patty melt. & now I can’t continue with survey for a free whataburger offer. Overall disappointed

  15. Whataburger Restaurant #928 Killen, Texas is wonderful. They have the absolute best
    service. A young lady by the name Julissa Marquez provided was an excellent customer service representative. I wanted to state this
    fact on the survey however it would not navigate the site

  16. I have visited my favorit Wataburger on 4/13/17 at 09:34:15 am I was trying to take the survey and mist the spot to enter the code 0413-090729-540214 for validation. Now it will not let me take the survey. What makes it my favorit is the way I am greeted and the additude they have when it comes to the customer. And I think they should be commended for it. It keeps me comming back.

  17. I have eaten at many whataburgers and have always gotten good food and good service. Moved to Rockport Texas and discovered the WORST Whataburger there is. I am SO disappointed I am never going to do business there again……absolutely terrible!! Bad food and bad service!!

    I grew up in Texas eating Whataburgers regularly. Now that I live in Farmington New Hampshire it is always a treat to find a Whataburger when me and my wife travel. Always TASTY.

  19. We come in from Kansas so as soon as we can get to A Whataburger we stop, always been satisfied with food and service

Went to Whataburger at 1:00 a.m. and placed an order of two Monterrey melt with jalapeño peppers drive thru, it was my wife and I, 12 minutes after we leaved due to the car ahead of us was still at the window, the last time we went we spent 30 min waiting dine in, received the order with very cold french fries. Very sorry service and dinning room very dirty, missing napkins and straws.

  22. Very unhappy with the whataburger store in Moore,Oklahoma I order at 9:05 n didn’t receive my burger n patty melt until 15 minutes later because the employees they would have better time of playing around in the back n still gave me the wrong the food very disappointed
