This is a customer satisfaction survey, meaning it's goal is to gain knowledge and insight into how customers view their experience during their recent visit to KFC.

The last 2-3 times i have been to the drive through my app has not registered i should have had 10+ points to recieve my £5 discount and the app hasnt been working and the same happened again today so the lad said to re install your app and add the points from my reciept however this option is saying there is a problem that it doesnt recognise my reciept code either! So x3 times now have ended up paying the full price not happy! If you can solve the issue i would be gratefull otherwise its like faulse advertizing

  2. Tonight I was looking forward to a KFC so after arranging a lift got the meal haste free and got back home looking forward to enjoying the kfc but found one of the fillets where missing very disappointed not having a working phone or transport we couldn’t go back ,so had to do without

  3. Once again got home with meal and gravy is missing!! Always something missing!! Fed up with it now, it’s now wonder it’s always empty!!!

    was now out of date !
    Your receipt clearly states your offer is valid for 30 days.
    My receipt is dated 13/04/2019.
    Todays date is 5/5/2019.
    I make that 22 days.

Hi I visited your Hartlepool store on Friday 04/04/2019 at 6.36pm place my order everything was fine until I went to the window were I was going to receive my order .The person who was serving me came and told me that the hot choclate machine was broken so then the person said would you like a soft drink or a tea . I only drink chocolate so I got 2 soft drinks for my son and asked the person for a cup holder he said we have none. Yous have a drive throw and have no cup holder how is the person Who is driving going to get the drinks home how bad is that .

    Tonight I visited your Hailsham branch and ordered 1 6 piece bucket with 4 sweetcorn instead of fries and paid £11 99 cash,
    After getting home, I found that we have been given 4 portions of fries[which we do not eat] along with 6 small pieces of chicken all the same cut not 1 drumstick or other cuts amongst them, which were very dry. Normally there is always at least two different cuts and at least 1 drumstick

    1917hrs 16/03/2019 The weather is very bad tonight wind and rain and I live a 15 minute walk from the store, I am 79 years old and no longer drive, so I will not return it to the branch, as I cannot do that walk again.

  7. went to neatscourt isle of sheppey kfc just prior tc xmas ordered three meals to take away chicken was dry and wings looked exceptionaly smal three portions of chips would not have filled two bags ,not good value .23jan went in again and ordered a bargain bucket nochips or add ons i was asked what size ??? and was offered 8 10 12 i opted for ten pices i was charged 8 pieces£9.99 and 2pieces £3.19 really!! sounds like i was ripped off neadless to say i will not be going back used to like kfc but put off by these sort of tactics oh for the 10 pieces i ordered i was given 4 drumsticks 3 small wings two small thighs and 1 breast bye bye neats court

    I went to KFC Cowplain, London Road today. ORDER NUMBER 1004
    Before we sat down we had to clean our tables and chairs, the place was absolute filth. Not a table in there was clean, covered in sauces and food. Floor was also filthy.
    Every time I go in there I ask for a Krushem and every time it’s not available, why advertise something you never have!
    We were served our food in kids boxes because everything else had ran out.
    Cowplain KFC is without doubt the worst I have ever been in and badly needs a manager and cleaner its a disgrace. I’m amazed its not been closed down. Needs serious improvement in every area.
    My daughters Burrito looked like it had been thrown together and the wrapping was just scrunched around the bottom with the burrito falling out all over the place. My chicken had orange powder coating all over it which looked like it was not cooked properly,Chips were well over cooked and tasted awful. My drink (Tango Orange fizzy) tasted flat and had no flavour, just an awful experience and will be advising people not to go to this KFC in future.

    Today l went to KFC bath road, Hounslow. I placed an order for £22.36. Luckily l checked the order before leaving as they had forgotten to put in 2 lots of fries. When l got home my granddaughter took one mouthful of her 7 up drink and said it was disgusting. Some other man had returned his while l was at the counter, but l didn’t think to try ours. My hot chocolate was only half full and certainly wasn’t hot. I phoned and they said they would replace it, but it would have cost me more in petrol.

    A ccouple of days ago I went to the drive through in 10573 Llandielo Rd Cross hands and I asked for 6 Legs, I was told
    that Company policy would not allow this which I eccepted. When I got home to my discussed had 5 Sides and 1 Leg.
    I feel extremly annoyed and will not go back to this shop. It;s been a while since I have been here as I recieved
    my last visit chicken raw, I did complain to you and never had a reply.
    If this is the service you give I will not enter into your shop again,

Went to kfc uttoxeter to day had 10 family feast order number 2373 , service not to bad no clean tables but that is nothing new with kfc , not been for a while because we have found that chicken is getting so greasy and portions are getting smaller well today I think the wewe was being taken so small were the pieces one was no bigger than my thumb when we saw the manager her reply was we have to vary the pieces in size . one very disgruntled customer not going to kfc again .

  12. Went to the KFC in the trading estate in Canterbury. The service was good and prompt but I find generally that the chicken there is on the dry side when comparing it to the KFC in the city centre.

    tried your well publicised Louisiana burger -very tasty but when you buy in drive thru–you must expect some people will want to eat in your car park or in their car somewhere.
    sadly this experience was very messy as the rather flimsy burger bun fell to pieces very quickly leaving me with all sorts of filling and relish all over the place except in my mouth !!!
    a big burger needs a tough bun !!

  14. I came to KFC on 19-01-2017 at 12:56pm. I received my order very quickly by SUSHI’_(05903) who was helpful and polite. The restaurant and seating were very clean which is good. My order number was 1010.

    The fries and chicken mini fillets were lovely but I think the original piece chicken recipe didn’t have much flavour as what it used to when the restaurant first opened. Has the recipe for the breadcrumb coating been changed?

I came to your drive thro on the 26-12-2016 and got a reg box xmas ftwr it costed 6.19 and I didn’t like the way I was treated the box meal was thrown to me and no xmas spirt, the meal was horrible the bun was dry and hard and cold the chicken was warm and the chicken that came as a side was very greasy , was not in pressed with both service and meal and I will not be going back to any off your kfc again for a very long while and I will be letting others know about my experience the kfc I went to was in litherland my order number was 5043 a very angry customer

  16. Been to KFC Peterborough today. Complete mess it was. KFC staff on drive thru, was not helpful when asked about dips with boneless box. Went to next window. Staff already put in sauces.when asked he was happy to change dips.But his supervisor in black shirt came to him and talked down to him”what are you doing?” His words were. I asked the supervisor is my order a complete. He said “yes everything is in there’. Came home 4pieces of chicken out of 8 were missing.

    Visited KFC Yeoviltonight at 18.06 walked in ordered our food turned around to find a table to eat our food to discover all tables were filthy with left over food on tables chairs and floors disgusted with this tryed outside tables they were exactly the same we went back inside cleaned our table ate our food disgusted with lack of hygiene . We weren’t only ones to complain in which 20 mins later someone came out to cleans he bins were also full.
