If no negative items are removed from your credit reports within your first 6 consecutive months as an active client, you’ll receive a full refund of all monthly payments during that time — or choose to receive an additional 6 months of service at no charge.

Our guarantee is simple, fair, and built around getting you results.

To be eligible for a full refund, all of the following terms must be met:

• At least 6 consecutive months in the program with no skipped or late monthly payments.
• No negative items removed from any of the three major credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion). This includes accounts such as; Collections, Charge-offs, Repossessions, Foreclosures, Bankruptcies, Inquiries, Late payments, Child support, or any other derogatory accounts
• You must remain enrolled in IdentityIQ credit monitoring for the full 6 months. Monitoring must be active and uninterrupted so we can properly verify deletions.
• No outside interference. You cannot be enrolled in another credit repair program or be disputing accounts on your own during this time.
• Your identity documents must be submitted within 5 days of enrollment. (This includes your photo ID and proof of Social Security number.)
• You must request your refund between month 6 and 7. If you continue the program beyond 7 months, the guarantee becomes void.
• You must allow us 30 days from the time of your refund request to audit your credit reports, confirm eligibility, and verify that no items were deleted.
