What is the Processing Fee?
At Got Credit?, we're committed to providing top-notch service that is both effective and transparent. The one-time Processing Fee that is charged the same day you enroll serves as the stepping stone to a host of essential services designed to set you on the right path during the credit repair process. Once the dispute process has officially started, you will only be paying for the items that we are able to successfully remove from your credit report.
What happens when I sign up?
You’ll receive credentials to your secure client portal from your Onboarding Specialist. Here, you can sign the agreement, upload documents and track your progress. Then we will gather all necessary information, from identification documents and credit monitoring, so that we have a full picture of your financial landscape. After the Welcome Call, we begin filing the disputes for the negative items on your credit report.

Navigating the world of credit repair can be challenging, and that's why at Got Credit?, we believe in a transparent, results-driven pricing model. Our unique "Pay Per Item Deleted" fee structure ensures that you're investing in real, tangible outcomes that make a difference in your life. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, this means you only pay for the items we successfully get removed from your credit report.
Can you break it down for me?
If we remove eight collection accounts from your credit report. You'll receive an invoice for a total of $200—each collection account deletion costing $25 (8 x $25 = $200). We break down your invoice total into easy-to-manage monthly payments of $100. Using the example above, your $200 total would be divided into two convenient monthly installments, keeping the process affordable without sacrificing quality service.
What is credit monitoring?
Credit monitoring is a continuous, real-time service designed to track changes and activities on your credit reports from the three major credit bureaus—Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. It alerts you of changes such as new accounts opened, credit inquiries, late payments, and other critical activities that could impact your credit score. We partnered with IdentityIQ for all of our clients during their credit repair journey and only use their service to monitor.
Why is it required?
Think of credit monitoring as a security camera for your financial profile, keeping an eye on your credit round-the-clock to ensure you are the first to know of any changes, for better or worse from your credit report. One of the most important aspects is that this allows us to see what items have been deleted from your report. This is crucial as we only bill you for the items that are successfully removed, ensuring complete transparency in billing.
